These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the DTS Service Centre website and the provision of automotive repair, servicing and related services by DTS Service Centre (Automotive Services), Charters Towers, QLD (“DTS Service Centre”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
DTS Service Centre provides mechanical repairs, log book servicing, roadworthy inspections, auto electrical and air conditioning repairs, spare parts supply and fitting, fleet maintenance and 24/7 breakdown assistance for cars, 4WDs, utes, trucks, buses, earthmoving equipment and commercial fleets. Availability of specific services may vary depending on vehicle type, parts availability and workshop capacity.
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing, such as under a fleet or commercial account arrangement. We accept the payment methods displayed in-store or as advised at the time of booking. Vehicles may be held until payment is received.
Customers are responsible for collecting their vehicle within a reasonable timeframe after being notified that work is complete. DTS Service Centre is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles left uncollected for an extended period, and reasonable storage arrangements or fees may apply.
To the extent permitted by law, DTS Service Centre’s liability is limited to the resupply of the relevant service or the cost of having the service resupplied. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
